I wish pay by mobile phone Boku. I got boku's sms and i answered and...nothing happens. I'm waiting half hour. And it's still loading. I try do it again and it's not working.

    Can any GM check it? I sent ticket week ago but didnt get any answer.

    yea.. i used my own phone and i get stucked at the reply... the ticket is useless no one repliesb:angry so had no choice but to use my frens phone.. guess gms are juz lazy to reply huh

    You should contact the payment solution you have used to receive help on completing the purchase. Once they assist you in resolving the issue, your ZEN purchasing should return to normal and any transaction they help you complete will have the ZEN automatically awarded to the account once the issue is resolved.
