X-Mas color cards

Anyone know what the deal is on the 1-7 color x-mas cards? like where to get them from? I have tons of the others but guessing i can't use without the first 7.b:thanks

    The only thing working in the Xmas event this year is the city snowmen. There is an official thread that says that everything else is broken and that we should trash the living snowmen quest and NPC the christmas cards.
