Success rate of Warsoul Frags

I was just wondering if it's 100% success rate for manufacturing warsoul frags. I notice that some frags can be made with perfect stones and some gold TT mats Feng's Steel Armor.

    sure isnt, search the forums there are statistics everywhere concerning success rates and estimated times it would take for someone to get a warsoul weap b:shocked

    Some of the TT mats have a 100% success rate, some have as low as 6% sucess rate. All warsoul frags have a 100% success rate if you use mysterious chips. Otherwise go to Game Info >> Beginners Guide >> Features >> Ultimate Weapons. You'll find all the success rates of all the frags and their materials
