Quest error "New Lands"

I was trying to do hand the New Lands quest where you have to kill 55 barren boas and I get this error message...

is this suppose to happen?

    Can I get an update on this, if anyone knows whats wrong. If not I'm just going to dump the quest!

    Your level is too high to accept the next part of this questline. You will have to trash the quest.
