Live Chat but nothing

Why is there a live chat option if it does nothing? I don't understand why it gives us the option of having live chat if nothing's going to be coming of it. Personally i'd like an ingame petition system for a gm to come help us if we're stuck instead of the current system wherein if we don't have our spell, we have to set up this lengthy ticket process asking us for way too much information and then waiting.

    ive had no issue with the live chat process. you DO have to realize, when you posted, its 2 AM where the GM team is. no one works at 2 AM... to expect them to is absolutely ridiculous

    It's called having various gms :/ for 24/7 support. But oh well.

    Yeah this has happaned to me also, in the past.

    Not to mention 2am on Christmas Eve? I can understand a Drug Store being open on Christmas Eve and Christmas... but an MMO in game tech support? Wow. We would be lucky if the game came back online if it crashed and didn't restart on it's own :p

    No where does it say they have 24/7 chat support. Submit a ticket if you have a problem.

    They have stated before that the Live Chat hours are -->

    10am to 7pm Pacific (Server Time)


    You also have the option of logging a ticket.

    Keep in mind though that since it is the holiday season, they may or may not shorten the time of the live shat over the next few days.

    As it does not seem like a life threatening issue, log a ticket and try Live Chat today during the above times. If nothing, wait for your ticket to be responded too.
