I looked at the places tehy're supposed to be and i've yet to see one anywhere. Are they even in the game right now? Or is this quest bugged?

I think you can't get the quest yet from the npc even though they're there.... so it makes sense the living snowmen are nowhere to be seen

i think its bugged. they just copy and paste last year's quest and ~_~ errors and bugs. lazy or careless? i dunno.
