Mystery error message

Help please! I've downloaded perfect world before but i had left the game because a friend quit. now he's back on so i tried to downloaded it again but when it was all said and done i get an error message that doesn't even look like any human language and then the start-up screen closes after about 15 seconds. Does anybody know what this means or how to fix it?

    install the chinese language pack.

    i did and it didnt help. its still in that wierd language so im downloading the WHOLE game again..... another 5 hours...

    I'm going to need some more information from you about your computer.

    Find out what the model number for your PC is. Check the documentation that came with your PC, or look on the back or bottom of your PC for the model Number.

    Please tell us the manufacturer's name of your system too! (Like HP, Dell, Toshiba, etc.)

    Next, go to Start, click on Run (or Search if using Vista/7), and type in dxdiag and press enter.

    Click on the Display tab, and then post here everything in the Device and Drivers boxes:
