New quest buged or someting

When i was in city of rising tide i get pop up message to give 1000 coins in next 10min. to duke black and he give me perfect token of luck, i find him and give em 1000 coins after 2-3min and he give me NOTHING!
Are this bug or someting else? Whats trick?

Sorry for poor eng., and maybe for wrong topic

p.s. GM's back me 5000 coins i spend on teleport and duke black b:surrenderb:surrender

    Can you please tell us the name of the quest, if it's the one I'm thinking, it's not bugged at all.

    He's talking about the Test of Will quest, I believe.

    In order to pass that test you need to resist the urge to go find Duke 3 times, ie stand still when you get the pop-up message.

    this is EASILY the FUNNIEST quest this game has ever come out with....every time i read a new post about this it cracks me up!!

    OP: no its not bugged and u wont get ur money back lol...the quest said DONT NOT MOVE FOR ANYTHING..and of course u fell for the OMG BEXT GEAR FOR CHEAP joke...when best luck token is worth 5mil...didnt u think sumthin was up lol??

    just go get the quest again from the elder...and just stand there till the 3 pop ups and timers run....then u will complete quest :)

    TBH, I didnt read quest dialogue at all. lol. I just auto pathed to the coords, dropped down, and watched some stuff. Came back, and the quest was done. b:victory
