frequent disconnect

as the title says my game frequently disconnects. I had the game on my old laptop and never had any problems but when I got my new laptop and re-downloaded the game I started having the problem where whenever I sign in in disconnects me within 1 to 2 minutes at most. Does anyone know how to fix this?
