    This is normal. In reality, you probably in fact had something like 99.9991290874081297 ect, the system just rounds it up to 100%. Do some quests, kill stuff, it'll be fine.

    I have had that happen a few times. What would really be amazing is if you just need 1 more EXP, especially if you're something like level 90+.
