    If you bought "Rainbow Cloud" from the cash shop for 30g then it became "Spectral Haze" in your inventory. "Spectral Haze" is a lvl 10 requirement wing (not 20) please go double check if you don't believe me or check the screen shot in the OP. As of last nights patch the cash shop no longer says Rainbow Cloud but now says Spectral Haze and the description showed to the left od the cash shop says level 20 required; but hover your mouse over the item and you will see it really is level 10 required.
