Cannot submit a ticket

Yes.. me and my boring case again.

Due to the hair thing (no need to explain anymore) I tried being a normal member of the community and submitting a ticket, as is customary and recommended.

Alas, it just will not send. And yes I have converted the pictures to jpeg and yes I made them small so they do not exceed the size limit and yes I have been trying for 3 days now.

It just doesn't send. So all that is left is to write it on the forums and pray to god that my insignificant little voice can reach the people who are in charge.

I don't know what else to do, what else to try to make it submit. Hell, maybe the fact I do not live in USA has something to do with it. I'm clueless here.

If anyone has suggestions I'd be grateful. I'm at the end of my rope here.
