Hair issues anyone?

I'm not entirely sure if this is the right section, but here it goes anyways.

When I first logged on after the update, I noticed my hair was *ahem* gone. My hairstyle was replaced by an extremely ugly one (in my own and most other people's opinion) and I've been hearing that some other people were having the same problem. I tried submitting a ticket, coupled with screenshots of before and after hairstyle but the ticket would just not submit. I have been trying for 2 days and I've had enough.

I also tried pm-ing a gm, but no luck there either. I suppose you are swarmed with complaints right about now, but it's your own fault PWI so just deal with it.

Secondly, I REFUSE to buy a makeover scroll just cause someone else messed up my hairstyle while launching Rising Tide. I want it the way it was before.

And lastly, that hairstyle I had and loved is not there anymore. It's gone from character presets and it's also been removed from the creating and makeover options. I suppose removing those hairstyles (dunno why it was done in the first place!) made some people's hair get messed up.

I just want my beloved hairstyle back. I don't want any other. I want my beautiful wavy hair. I do not want buns, twists, horns, flowers, bandannas or straight hair.

Hear my complaint please. Anyone else with the same problem please write here so we can count how many of us got it.
