just out of curiosity, is this skill stackable like ironheart?

i see that it's impossible to stack it urself as the cd exceeds the duration but if there were to be two psychics in a party.....

    Fastest way would be to have 2 psychic and two people dueling a few times, and see how fast it heal when 1 VS 2 bubble on the targets?

    Even if it's stackable, the problem is the cool down. I don't think it could be stacked if we're one on one with others ^^'
