When i enter my assassin character all of the other characters from tideborn are bald or characters from human elf and untamed dont look like in the picture when you click on them.What should i do?

    It's not the same issue.

    I see bald tideborns all the time when I have my settings to where I have Best Performance on. They aren't like the other races where they all look exactly the same on the Best Performance. (Short dark hair.)

    If that's not it, check your settings and make sure under UI that the Customizations box is checked.

    It is happening to all chars...that is the issue

    I'm going to echo Kotasha and RedsRose and confirm that your problem does indeed lie with Customizations being unchecked in your in-game System Settings.
