frenzy question

why does everyone find frenzy so useful? it says it increases patk so am I reading it wrong or does it only help tempest

    the description wrong ,
    it increase your attack lvl + 20 mean both your phy attck and mag attack

    ye it increases atk lvl, nd at lvl 10 it increases the atk lvl by 20 so its a really good skill to use with ultimate skillsb:victory Sumtimes I use it with extreme poison to finish off opponent xD

    with 3 sparks and full chi...

    undine>double spark>frenzy>pyro(chi boost)>extreme poison>BIDS/BT/MS = kill almost anything.

    Yea it boosts DEF LV, which in the long run will actually be a fair bit, it doesnt doesnt word it like that, its like the PSY skills lol.
