psychic skill guide (lvl 1-30) pure mage build
hi, i tried the psychic from the new race and used the pure magic build (only str for weapons and all other points magic). there will be other builds to of course but i only tried this build. this doesn't mean other builds are bad of course . like i said a small skill guide so here are the skills
Aqua impact
i always raise this skill when i can. wy? because it's some nice defence if u can slow your target. combine this with moving away if it comes to close and u won't be hit much.
Spirit blast
this is a good attack to start with, very effective against the watermobs u will find. also if the target is to close and aqua impact is still recharging u can try to finish the target if it has low hp.
Black voodoo
raises your attack but lowers defence. a good one to buff yourself with, if u know how to use aqua impact defence doesn't matter and your attack is raised. i always raise this one.
White voodoo
raises defence but lowers attack. i never raise this one(it's still lvl 1 here), u don't need higher defence if mobs can't hit you.
Torrent
something like poison or bleed but with waterdamage. usefull on slow mobs but it gives mobs a chance to come closer. it gives high damage though.
Landslide
usefull attack, if your aqua impact can't slow your target and it comes to close u can knockback your target. also gives some good damage so i raise it all the times.
Bubble of life
always good for a psy, if u get hit by mobs and u haven't got potions this will be your healing. but you must be at a safe place so u better run if they attack u and u can win. in a squad everyone close to you will get healed.
Aqua cannon
i think this one will be nice on higher lvls, like in a fb. this attack gives water damage to all mobs within a certain distance of you. it also has a chance to slow the targets.
Sand trap
almost the same as torrent but with earth damage.
Soul of vengeance
u can buff yourself or others with this one. if u have this buff a monster that hits u will get physical damage. in a group i think it's better to buff someone who will get hit by mobs. it lasts for 3 minutes and these 3 minutes will be your cooldown to.
Soul of stunning
a buff for yourself, if u get hit by something it has a chance to stun the target for a very short time (1 sec in the begin) this time will raise if your soulforce is higher. (5000 soulforce means + 1 sec) this will last for 30 seconds.
Tide form
u'll transform into a mermaid, u won't be able to use other skills if you are in the tide form, this is only good for travelling under water. once you're out of the water u'll be changed in your normal form again.
Aqua and Earthen spirit
this is a passive skill and will raise your water or earth damage. it isn't very much in the begin (only 2%).
it's a beginning guide, u shouldn't have any problems with spirit untill lvl 29, if somethings is wrong u can say it. if u wanna add anything, let me know. hope it helps

ok if you have decided to write guide try first of all to avoid well known replacement of words such as you with u , because with cause , why with y and etc' . Second make sure you spell words correctly , already found couple spelled wrongly. Btw since 29 you'll have HUGE problem with spirit even if you complete all "side-quests" and grind here and there.
But honestly me seeing no point in writing any guilds for now since:
A.Skills are incomplete
B.No info on Demon/Sage versions
C.Smelling huge tweaks by Devs in patches to come
D.So far this class uses "classical" Mages build aka Arcane so picking correct skills shouldn't be problem even for newcomers if they weren't lazy and tried to read at forum(there i have no doubts that majority indeed was very lazy to do so ) ).

ok, tnx for the tips, it's a guide till lvl 30 so don't know the sage or demons, it was a first try to make one, but i'll remember these tips0

And I don't get your purpose of making this "Guide". We pretty much can get all that info straight off the skills themselves.0 -
First, there is a Sage/Demon recommendation section, you should go Sage, more damage and more bonuses. Lastly, since your only level 30, maybe if your level 80-105 you'll be more experienced. Even me level 54 currently am not that experienced.0

inb4lockwell when ur LA psy has same wep grade and refine as ur pure AA wiz, hits as high per shot, has faster dps, and has 2x the crit %, time to retire the wiz............

hmm... rather say this guide is not really good, does not really tell how some spells can become a combo and whether you/ they should upgrade the spells or not, and how good one spell REALLY is...... But seens I have never done a guide, I can't say much here...Soul of vengeance

and here, you should say that you can buff yourself and mostly not others, seens if you cast it on a barb/ tanker, it will eat their mana like crazy and preventing them from using aggroing spells, keep it at level 1 till getting the sage/demon book.
