unable to verify the downloader

when i was unable to play the new patch i tried unistalling and download it again.then when i downloaded the verifying doesnt seem to work can a GM plz help me

    Try to be more English Language specific, so others does understand what you're trying to explain. b:cute
    Did you tried Manual patching?
    And which download client did you used?(PWI's stand-alone downloader or the Bittorrent client)
    Also try a system reboot, may does wonders too if the issue is related to Internet itself(most likely IP address...)
