Hercule Trioc Help?

So i've had no luck finding help in-game, so i decided to ask here:

Can any group help me defeat Hercule Trioc for my tideborn Weapon Token quest? I'm only 31 so i wont be able to help much....


[note to pwi] There is no way for tideborns to complete these challenges without high level help... and the way it is now, people have no reason to help.... it's really sad =(
