Skills worth LVing?

Do you think the first 2 skills are worth LVing? Spirit blast does like 2 times the damage as aqua impact but AI slows. Are these worth LVing or do you get something like those but better for PVP/PVE anyway

    Yes, level both of them. They're both really useful and so far i've been killing almost solely on these 2 skills. Decent-high damage and really fast cast.

    ROFL those skills are your bread and water so not leveling them is suicide.Grab "Sand knockback" and those 3 will serve you till EOD(with BlackVoodoo as ..... <-- there you tell me what i meant b:chuckle)

    Same as wizzie, starter skills r necessary till 70 or so, then they become redundant and u somehow hope u can reclaim the spirit b:chuckle.
