Says I'm Logged in, but I'm Not!

I keep trying to log into the game, but it says I'm already logged in. I'm freaking out. What should I do?

when u enter ur username and password check the box hat says force log in or wat ever the box says. This some times happen cause when u get disconnected ur char still there but u are not there(mean reason why ppl die by mobs when they DC)0
