Refund!?

well the question is simple.

I have noticed 2 thing that went wrong (or we were not informed of) after the Tideborn expansion, and they both are in a sense cash shop related. One thing i noted is that the Fashion slots are no longer set at 4. Though it may not seem like a big deal at first but it can be when you buy them to fit all your different sets of outfits for easy clicking.

the other issued I noticed was (maybe a few) but the one my girl chose for one (the long swirly hair) she logs in yesterday to see that her hair and face are no longer the way she originally had it. And she is quite disappointed with the untold change, especially cause she bought a makeover scroll to remake her character. Is perfect world by chance going to reimburse those who are stuck with the New (Technically old ) hair styles, which they did not choose? (like a makeover scroll)

anyway any GM response would be very helpful. and if need be i can get you a few screen shots of her character showing the horrible mess that has occurred.

Thanks

From what I hear about the hair issue, they're 'looking into it' (which is what they always say with a problem). From the email I got back after I sent in the ticket, I shouldn't buy a makeover scroll or something to change my hair, because I won't be refunded for that (don't care anyways, too poor to get a scroll...) once/if my hair gets fixed back to its normal style.

Oh, and the GMs said that they'll also be 'looking into' the fashion presets thing too.
