Customisation options missing?

Or is it meant to be like that?
When creating a female Tideborn character I can't change eyeliner, lip colour, or eye socket shape. There may be a couple of other things but that's all I can think of right now. Is this just me or is it supposed to be like that?
If it's a problem on my end what should I do about it?

    It's like that with me, too. I think that's how they have it set up for the time being. It's kind of a bummer.

    I had the same problem when creating my female psychic. Also, when I changed the skin color, the body color changed but the face stayed the same color as before. I hope this can be fixed soon. Cant wait till I finish that quest where you get a free makeover scroll, to make my psychic look better with makeup and a different facial skincolor.
