FB 79 call token sequence

I've got three Call to Duty tokens for FB79. It looks to me like you don't get the third until you've killed Hooli and Stygean for "Avenger's Fury." So I assume you go in with three tablets, kill two bosses to get the third, and then finish the run, similar to FB51. Is this correct?

    Thanks. Just wanted to clear it up before either wasting my time looking for the 4th token or wasting other peoples' time by missing it.
