hello old problem still not fixed and now I have a new problem as well!!

ever since My Isp went out of buisness and my email has been changed to a new email address , I have not got any support from PWI nor newsletter nothing
I cant even get a GM to meet me in the game I submitted a ticket to pwi about
2 weeks ago at least , following thier instructions to the letter about how to get my email address account information changed.. I still have not gotten any reponse or Email from PWI , even though I submitted a ticket, and filled out said ticket exactly according to their Draconian ticket filling out rules!!
so I still cant seem to be able to get my email changed and I still cant gain access to the in game bank I can do auction , but no bank , I think that this is deliberate , and I don't know who is do this but I am F'Ing MAd!! and I hate you All, I might even Stop Playing PWI if this continues..... also I can't even get into the game now, Whenever I try to launch the client now to get into the game some window pops up with looks like it has a Huge long line of random and majorly glitched and unreadable charactes and something that looks like a button to click like an <ok> button or such as in hit <ok> to exit
this pop up window apears to pop up out of the game client itself , so whatever it is it is coming from the game itself....
it did seem to say something about some file or data file being corrupt ..
but it was mostly random and well corrupted looking itself , and over 80% of the letters didn't even look like letters, they were more like scratch marks, or random lines and such... anyone have any Idea what could be wrong?
this window is kind of whitish and about 10 inches wide by like 1/2 and inch to an inch tall maybe , full of mostly random gibberish, and what looks like an <ok> button that you click on to close that window..
I click on that , and the entire game of PWI Closes, shuts down..
this happens even before I get into the game.. and as for everyone that PLAY PWI and or has any NEGATIVE COMMENTS to post to this and to you aadi the Super mean Ugly B@#$ woman I HATE YOU ALL !!! I HATE ALL MEAN PEOPLE LIKE YOU ALL ARE!!! please Be nice to me okay , and I wont hate you as much okay?? Let's get all these problems fixed.. Or I am fixing, to stop playing this game FOREVER , because I would not want to spen a single Minute with any one of you MEAN NASTY AA*******s ever again.. please be nice okay? I try to be nice, and if you wont be nice then I will just go, and you can just go on being mean to each other as allways and grow up to be criminals , like you will , and go to jail or prison where you all will belong..... thank you for taking the time to read this.. Ok for the technical issue I am going to suggest something to you and hopefully it will fix the problem. If your able to see the launch screen w/o it closing there is a button that says verify. Click it and wait for however long it takes to verify your files.

If on the other hand your unable to see that button, then I suggest you uninstall the game, download a new, clean version of it, and re-install the game.

If that doesn't work for you then I don't know what to tell you other than it would appear your computer is no longer able to play PWI. That can be caused by many things, including old or corrupted drivers etc.

As for your account issues. Might I suggest a POLITE forum message to Eatwithspoons describing the problem your having about the e-mails. Let him know you sent in a petition and see what he says. he might be able to take a peek and see if he can find out whats going on with it.

If none of that helps, then I guess all I have to say then is sorry man. Hope you find a game you can play.

Sounds like your PWI client just ate itself.
Not sure why you wouldn't be able to access your bank in game, maybe it's something to do with the safety lock; having never had anything like this happen to me I'm not entirely sure where to point you. Though I do know PWI support can take up to a month to get back to people on some things, who knows how many emails they get per day...

But, yeah, as Saitada mentioned, try downloading a clean PWI client; if that fails to help, perhaps scan your computer for viruses, malware, ad-ware, Trojans ect.
Test out a new account and see if it starts, too. If a brand new account goes belly up then something is really, really wrong....
