it wont fking start

the pis es me off. When i hit start it says cannot launch game and i sware if this cus the fking patch taht i wont beable to play considering i can only play it today. So is there anyway to get it to start before i decide to release my anger on some of their programmers and beat em' to a bloody pulp.

    b:shutup well i need some fking help i have to get to play this today or this will be #1 on worst christmas EVER, and trust me I've had some bad ones right now #1 is I spent Christmas with no electricity,nio hot water, ext ext. then i didn't get sh it for presents and i had one of the worse colds ever.
    SO FKIN THINK ABOUT THAT NOW HTH DO I GET IT TO START.

    heres what you do

    1.send a ticket just 1 or it bumbs yours to the bottem

    2. dont curse

    3.if you like cursing uninstall game and go sleep

    Since you can download two different clients, which one did you download and which operating system do you have ? Also, your way of requesting help is extremely rude. Anyone with your attitude wouldn't want to help you at all. b:lipcurl

    Not being able to play a game is worse than all of this? Sorry, but you've got some really odd priorities. Also, I think people might be better able to help you if you were more polite in asking for help. Maybe posting in the tech support section might also give better results.

    Also, it takes 3-5 business days to answer a ticket because of the large number of them they get. It's impossible for them to handle everything in one day, no matter what you do. Being rude about it won't help anything anyways.

    And this is just a suggestion, and a long shot at that, but have you maybe tried checking your internet? The problem might be on your end, not theirs in which case they won't be able to help you at all.

    First of all, you need to calm down. Nobody's going to want to help a rude jerk. It sounds like the problem's on your end since I haven't seen any other threads about this problem. Maybe it's karma. Like the others said, just submit a ticket and wait. If this is going to make your #1 worst Christmas, you have other issues you need to be sorting out right now.
