before i ask, i want to thank you for the TONS of exp, spirit, coins and 10 mirage celestones 
but, i also got this Tideborn Honor Medal. What should i do with these? i got 7 of them...

The run-down is... At level 51, talk to your elder of the Tideborns, go back to that dizzy girl and she'll take the seven medals, along with continuing the quest for you.
