Alright so i just rolled a sin and so far im only lvl 17. The 15+ lvls have started to get slower since the mobs start to hit me and actually give damage. I know that in Archers Pre lvl 30 have a difficult time lvling becuase they dont have the stun/knockback skill yet. Since we are a LA armor class and not heavy tanking/solo is difficult, and im just wondering if it begins to improve like archers do Post lvl 30?

Well I have to agree its a bit more of a pain than I'm used to (used to playing BM), and in 29 lvls I've burned over 150k hp charm soloing everything, but I have high hopes that things will get better once I get the last of my cult 29 done and get my new skills (so many new skills at 29 so little spirit b:cry) Also at 34 you get the sin buff that turns a % of your damage into healing for yourself (not sure how exactly it works since I'm not there yet), so that should help a lot as well. So I don't know about you but I'm going to stick it out because while we may be weak early on that doesn't mean we won't pick up the pace again.

A combo that I use is throw knives, bleed, and then the skill that sleeps them - I let the sleep duration go through and when it runs out I use slipstream. I only get hit about 3 times doing this, though it's still for a lot. I'm only level 20 though.

Unfotunately we have to use pots like hell because we have little hp and medium protection but we fight in close combat. You have to use Slipstream strike a lot of times cause of its usefulness. thanks to this skill, you can kill fastly every mob, and with pots you'll keep an eye on your hp. Later assassin will be awesome, don't worry >_^

Life powder is your friend. 50 HP per second of recovery when out of combat, and 12.5 HP per second even in combat means you'll rarely have to take rest breaks, and even then they can be short ones.

When I've got one active, I only need potions for emergencies.

guys just use the bleed skill then melee... trust me u kill the mobs faster if u just bleed them then melee then if u were to do a line of skills. and u will take less dmg since u are killing the mobs faster. im not even joking, it works for me and i take less dmg from bleed+melee at lvl 22 then i would if i was to use my other dmg skills. also, stop wearing the lvl 10 quest armor once u reach 2x... get the npc armor or manufacture some since they have more pdef.

also, get that wind fall genie skill (the one that instantly heals ur HP by 170 points). that skill helps ALOT.

i wouldn't rule out using slipstream though. i mean u can knock almost half the mob hp off with it. my combo is knife throw, slipstream, bleed, sleep (full duration), then slipstream again. i rarely get hit.
i have more dex than a pure build right now because i only have 15 str. im waiting until my 30s to pump up str so i can use barbarian shaman. we r all gonna have to restat though. i have a feeling PW is gonna come out with TD TT armor, an we will require less STR than Archers, which is y im really trying to wait.

works usually but on kiting mobs i use bleed then sleep then slipstream. usually they run by now so throwing knife kills em. And i take 0-1 hits b:victory

ya slipstream is a awesome skill for sure. at best id say do slipstream+bleed then melee. using the other skills seem to not do enought dmg anymore like it did in the lower lvls compared to just plain meleeing the mob to death. the mob is usually dead when u slip+bleed+melee or even bleed+melee. i rly found this way to be the fastest way to kill the mobs. usually mobs only get 2 hits on me before they die if i use this method. (this dont include the increased life or increased pdef mobs for obvious reasons tho)
