Keybindings not staying

After I relog or close down the client when I log back in i'm constantly finding myself having to reset the keybindings.. I make sure I hit apply then confirm and then even again before I log off- Work great while in game but as soon as i have to relog it becomes a problem. Any advice?

    same problem here, also none of the skills stick on the skill bar anymore, once I log off all of my skill bars become empty

    I know there are probably bigger problems but... if you could tell us how to fix it that would be awesome. I'm assuming it is a file that needs to be cleared or something. Also all quest are showing in tracking when I log into any character. Anyway to shut that off so it doesn't happen when I start the charas? Just a minor annoyance. Thanks.

    already has gotten annoying since me has to reset me safety lock.

    Are you checking the Force box when you log off? There's a known issue where checking this box will sometimes not save your setting when you log.

    Not using force log off. Just logging off and on normal. Six charas all have the same problem.
