    Ok man, lets look at it this way. Tideborn are like fish, right? So you can expect to swim faster than any other class right away. I'm level 34 and just got my slow as f*** green wings. How can you even fathom the fact that now we have flying fish ppl in PWI now. You are a N00B by every meaning of the word.     I'm a tideborn lvl 27...I have heard you get permanent wings at lvl 30 but you also get temporary wings at lvl 15. You can also buy some at lvl 30 for 2 gold and some silver or at lvl 20 for under 10 gold
