    I dunno, I used Verify for the game client and it worked somehow. (even tho I tried it before)

    I am missing my elementclient.exe file as well along with my launcher folder and more


    EDIT: and yes I am using webroot

    Well, you can either try to find the elementclient.exe file, (kinda risky) or reinstall the program, using webroot in Gamer Mode (Be sure to up the time in gamer mode and turn off the 4th sheild). It'll take time (mine took around 6 hours altogether), but you'll be in the clear, and the patches have to be redone. Luckily, the autopatcher is working fast, so it takes a lot less time then it used to.

    Webroot in GAMER MODE? Hmm, how does that work? I don't really wish to turn off my Webroot- since I have like 12 items in quarantine and 10/12 of them are either Trojans or Mals.

    Would someone mind sending me that file as well? I'm facing the same problem, and I seriously cannot live with PWI. QQ

    It also seems that upon downloading the newest patch, my computer has a HUGE virus. The internet works fine, but starting up my computer is tricky, as is starting up the game.

    Just my luck..

    Verifying worked the first time I tried it, but takes at least 3 hours. And now I tried verifying but it still wont work.

    Also, if nothing works, can someone tell me how I can uninstall the whole game and reinstall it? Help would be appreciated <3
