Missmatched skin

Here goes the problem, my bf has no problem changing the skin color, everything goes perfectly.
But here on my computer, when I change the skin color, the face stay a little light purple (I'm talking about Tideborns, didn't checked for other races for the moment)

I know it did it once with the venomancer, those with the fox tails if I quite remember, but well now it's doing me the same with Tideborns.

I tryed to lower the graphics to the minimal, but does always the same, so I guess it's not around that.
I'm actually trying to verify all files, just in case.
But does anybody get the same glitch?

If yes, what did you do?
Is it okay now?

    Did updated files by verifying, nothing has changed...
    But on my bf's comp, my tideborn is all ok... but on mine her face is like light purple and her body is blue...

    what can I do?

    its the same problem foxtype venos have had to deal with for over a year-thats why the only venos with tans are the wolf/cat/deer types.

    but when you read the patch notes, at least the TBs will get their skin situation fixed....but we fox venos are still lily white...gag. oh, well, i will be glad to make a TB that isnt lavender....have to get my son to fly mine out to where i can see what colour my skin 'really' is, and be sure it goes with my hair, etc.

    I have the same problem and it's no fun.

    I came home when people were playing for hours already... alright that's life doesn't really matter...
    Next I had to download manually three times because the first two didn't work no idea why...
    Finally the game is running on the latest version but I realize my archer got caught victim in that hair change thing, and I don't feel like sending in a ticket as GMs suggests because it will take them days or weeks to answer all the new requests and bug reports now...
    Alright at least after month of waiting I can make my tideborn - but no! The skincolours just won't match the faces no matter which preset I try...

    I'm a really visually obsessed person and character custimazion is one of the most important things to me I want my psychic the ****** way I imagine it and not glitched!!

    So yeah on a scale from 100 to 1, where 100 is great and 1 really pissed, my mood has just fallen below zero.
    Thanks for rewarding the long waiting time like that PWI!

    And yes, I did update my graphic drivers already to solve the skincolour problem so don't suggest that GMs.

    Well I see I'm not the only one... that's kinda frustrating, cause I wanna play with my TB now.. but I know that in two days, I wont be able to modify her, and would have to buy a makeover scroll to put her back blue since I WANT HER blue, not purple.. and the glitch will probably not be repaired in two days...

    Anyways.. I guess it's a thing that I have to live with, just kinda annoying, I really wished for blue skin from the begining of this game, and now there is one.. cannot put it... T_T

    This is a known issue with Tideborn characters. We do not currently have an ETA on a fix.

    marvelous, just marvy.

    dont know about the rest of you guys, but i dont plan to play my TB till the fix is in, because i dont want to get one going that i like, but when i get her to shore her skin looks diseased or like she has died and has lividity over her whole skin.
