Game is updating with out the new patch?

It seems my game may be automatically updating even though I have yet to get the patch. Heres a screen picture of what im talking about. http://s986.photobucket.com/albums/ae345/Isuck33/?action=view&current=sfd-1.png

As you can see it says Rising Tide which leads me to believe the game is being updated.

Edit: Is this even possible?

Well, your game is downloading a patch. : )
Patcher was updated itself - it got new "RT" graphics.

As far as I know the patch has been out for some time now plus the manual patch is listed on the download page.

Here is the link for the manual patch http://pwi-ns.perfectworld.com/patches/manual/ec_patch_217-233.cup

I think the servers are still down though.

EDIT: dont know for sure but servers may be up now!
