How does this change anything? Oracles were just as easy to get before, now there's just a set price on it. And it's only on sale for 1-2 weeks.

The only thing this really does is change which Oracle is most cost-effective, and thus mess with the prices relative to each other. Oh and puts a price ceiling on Oracles for the time being.
