Is someone from the Billing Department ever on the online support?

    The easiest way to reach the billing department is through the ticketing system. As long as you select a billing related issue it will go straight to them. There may also be more specific contact information on a payment receipt if you're calling about something specific, but you would have received this via e-mail after a purchase.

    The other alternative is posting in the cash shop huddle, but keep in mind as this is not the same as the ticketing system we cannot guarantee a response.
