Adding a socket to Aquadash

How many socket stones does it take to add a 2nd socket onto the lvl 85 frost weapon Aquadash? Anyone got an exact number?

I'm an archer, so no, I don't have the weapon itself and can't check at the PWI Agent.

    just try to add another socket, the system will tell you even if you don't have enough socket stone

    I don't have the weapon, so I can't try just through trial and error.

    It was meant to be a Christmas gift... +2nd socket & 2 immacs... but, rawr. Back to the drawing board!

    134$ for something that isnt even end-game equipment... yea, not worth it

    Also, if you ever want to know in the future, there is a little symbol that looks like four triangles in a circle, very similar to the compass symbol you see on the legends of maps, on the upper right hand side of the socketing menu at the PWI Agent. Click that, and it will bring up a menu of each grade of weapon and armor, and how many socket stones you need per socket.

    You'd be better off buying multiple Aquadash molds. According to PWDB you have a 10% chance of getting 2 sockets each time you craft one, so you'd probably get a 2 socket one from 5-10 molds, and be able to sell the remainder.

    EDIT: Scratch that, it looks like the mats to make that are way too rare. :-/

    Well it could be worse... like the fricken 8000 socket stones you need for a lvl 95 gold lunar weapon.

    I don't even want to know about rank 14 and above.

    no worries, your not stupid :) a lot of people dont realize that symbol is there staring at you in the face, I didnt notice it myself until about 5 months ago and Ive been playing this game for 1 year b:chuckle
