Apocalypse Page = Other -> Books -> Skill Books
Old Book Pages = Materials -> Other -> Valley of Reciprocity
Page of Fate = Materials -> Other -> Cube of Fate
Chrono Page = ???
Mysterious Page = ???
Advanced Mystical Page = ???

    Chrono is the same category as apocalypse pages I think. If I had space in the AH right now I would put one up real fast to test.

    Advanced Mystical Pages can't be listed, I just checked using some that are for sale on my vendor. No clue on Mysterious Pages but I'm guessing they can't be listed either, since they're pretty much like AMP's.

    Only way I know is from Tokens at PWI agent, not in AH.
