What's the faction map like here?

I play in DW but the faction map is dominated by one main faction,and you have to be like lv 80+ to even have a chance, what is the map like here?

    What makes you think there will be a server that a player below lv 80 will have any chance of competing?

    DW is the newest server in PW, so it is far worse on the older servers..... when it comes to player levels to get into TWs
    Too often we loose sight of life's simple pleasures. Remember, when someone annoys you, it takes 42 muscles in your face to frown, BUT, it only takes 4 muscles to extend your arm and slap that mother#$@%#^! upside the head.

    ya pretty much 90+ here for TW, and I can see that increasing in the not too distant future...

    seriously this game and most of the servers be out for more then a year now.....of course only the higher level range be the only ones able to compete.

    Have to agree with some other posts. Lv: 80 for TW in Heavens Tear would be pathetic honestly. If half your force of 80 players in a battle isn't 100+ your not going to stand a chance. With our great division and civil wars on Heavens Tear there is no reason to stop working harder and harder. More 101 and 102 players than all the other PWI servers now because we are an environment that is great fun once your 100+ instead of a dominant faction owning everything and every week is as pointless as the last.

    Julie - the only server with lower TW standards than DW you will find is Raging Tide, the new server.

    Give it 2 months and that server's low end competetive standard will still prolly be 70+
