Can't submit a ticket?!

Ok, so anyways I can't seem to submit a ticket. I tried two browsers and no luck.

Player explained on world chat as how to "exploit" as the player called it to get to the new content. I explained that he could be banned for doing such and he cursed me out on wc.

Now the next day later I see him asking for GM help to get out of the village.

How am I suppose to report people like this if I can't get a ticket to go through? "server not responding" messages from FireFox =\

This happens sometimes, it could be affected by browser security settings, or antivirus and firewall settings.

The easiest way to get past this issue is just send your ticket from your e-mail account, and send it to: customerservice@perfectworldinc.com

It will go to the same place as the ticketing page tickets go. Remember not to click directly on the e-mail address above unless you use Outlook to send and receive e-mails.
