Group/Clan Create and Befriending?

One of my friends is recently new to PW and i wanna show her around. But first Id like to know how 2 things. How do you befriend a user? and How do you create a clan/group then let that person you befriended in?

Dyskrasia - Heavens Tear

Press F, click add, and type in their username. As for creating a group (called a faction), there's an npc to talk to in Arch (can't remember it off the bat), but it isn't worth making one if you're only doing so to let in a friend or two. You could also create a squad (T) if you plan on questing/killing together.
