im a pole/sword bm
I read somewhere about bleeds stacking using draw blood and piercing winds
my draw blood is lvl 1 and winds is maxed
it sounds like a nice combo to use for pve

is it worth it to max draw aswell?
does this even work?

I hate wasting spirit b:surrender

    yes they stack

and imho, they do work very nicely at demon level as well as low level.
double bleed dmg over 12 secs is enough to worry any squishy. If that alone is not enough to kill them, it will counter their three stacked iron blessings that are healing them

    bleed stacks.

draw blood is a nice swift attack, useful for both pve and pvp, but not for bleed dmg, getting it lvl10 wont hurt thou.

u will only use piercing wind if u are a mazohist and want to aoe grind with poles. otherwise its pretty much useless skill

Draw blood stacks with itself up to 2 times if you use it as soon as it cools down. The channel cast is about 1 second so after this first draw blood 7 seconds will go by till you stack on the 2nd bleed, then you will put on another bleed by 14 seconds, so you might get one triple tick, but otherwise it for the most part stacks twice. You may also stack piercing winds on top of this, stacking 3 bleeds at once. The nice thing about this attack is it only takes .9 seconds to channel and cast, so unless your using fists the attack is faster than a normal attack, so it will deal base + add on DOT for faster than you can attack with an axe normally, which is just like attacking faster plus an added DOT. The faster your attack speed becomes the less useful this skill is because the 1 second you spend casting it will actually negativity impact your damage...like if you have fists with over 2 attacks per second since you could of attacked twice in the time you used draw blood.

Piercing remains useful for damage due to the fact it only takes one second to channel and cast, adds a decent amount of damage onto the attack, and causes DOT. However once again if your using dps built fists this skill is not worth using. Also its usually arguable that the spark for drake bash is more useful unless you are trying to deal pure damage with a pole in which case meteor rush + piercing will deal more damage in the same amount of time than a drake bash.

Plenty are still squishy at 90+, now 100+ yeah, they are a bit harder.

Wizzy, Veno, & Cleric still have issues in the 90's, depends on their gear and build, just like any class. Only Cleric I have not found squishy is

    1. light armor build and take a little over 10 secs to take down

    2. spent a small fortune on event packs and have more HP then most Barbs at lvl 99, more PR then myself and +10 weapons.

Two Clerics I know of ( and I know there are plenty more, just run into these two a lot ) fit the second. One I can beat, the other I can stand there for a min plus going back and forth and it becomes a coin flip on who uses the correct apoth at the right time.

Most other Clerics or other "squishies" are down in under 10 secs, so the double bleed can help to slow their ability to keep themselves up. Pre genie skills, this was more useful, because you did not have Tree or Second wind helping them as well, or the bleed imun.
