Guards kill red names

i know to just about 90% of u this is obvious....


but i was rednamed on accident cuz of someone being stupid...(wasnt even Pking... i was in a duel lol and sumone stepped in my AoE range and DIED lol)

so i became redname...and without knowing it walked by a guard and it killed me.

so of course i searched on it and its completly legit...the only thing i didnt know is that when a guard kills u....YOU LOSE EXP....and damn that guard hit me for 233K what a strong Bas tard....

So damn i guess i learn sumthin new everyday in game ....

So to everyone that doesnt KNOW (for any reason cuz i sure didnt and im lvl 68) if ur redname dont walk next to a guard with a skull in their name cuz they will one shot u....ULL DIE...and lose exp....DAMN!!

    lol that happened to a mate the other day cept he tried to run and had the guard chase him. they basicly one hit any one and can run at crazy speed

    Yeah those guards are mobs, lvl 150 and run at 15m/s. http://www.pwdatabase.com/pwi/mob/3218 They also have lots of physical attack.

    hahaha ya for fun (as a bm) i got my sprint maxed out and the higher lvl pink one and my buddy didnt believe me so he came to watch....i made the guard chase me for 30 seconds around town (15 secs each sprint) and when it ran out....of course one-shot i died...but god damn we got a good laugh at it

    whats even more fun than making them chase you is flying a little above it and then having a white name cleric heal you. the guard aggros the white name but wont kill it and just RESISTS RESISTS RESISTS over and over its really funny
    ive heard you can glitch it to kill red names using that method but i dont konw anything about that

    i'll post pics if anyone wants to see my "pet" guard >_>


    he just wont go away... unless someone aoe's me, then he goes and kills them, and runs back to me again >_<

    Just get a bunch of ppl and kill the guards they won't respond for awhileb:victory

    Actually, I fell victim to the same unwitting mistake - albeit not on PWi but a different private server. There I was, heavy veno, on my mount, parading into Archosaur to get me some supplies, and suddenly I'm dead. After finding out what did it I couldn't help but laugh at my own stupid blunder. =D

    It's fun to play with those guards though. Lots of interesting things can happen. xD

    so thats why i got killed by it then thanks it all makes sense now... he wasnt a mob at all

    but a veno tryin to keep their pet loyal by killin me. i understand now thank u hamsta :)
