are other classes going to be able to create the weapons, or am I going to have to work my manufacture skills up all over again?

    i dont think its gonna be any different, you go to blacksmith and craft ur weapons with any char u wish.

    Anyone with the right level can make any weapon/armor....if that is what you are asking....

    I do not foresee this changing....would be kinda of odd to me tbh
