how I see a pvp event to see who is the best (Skill wise)

I think GMs should make some once a year pvp even where you
1: Enter instance
2: get the "special instance pvp armor"
3:get a free silver hp charm
4: pvp everyone that enter to truely see who is the most skilled player,that way you can't complain about cash shop because eveyone will be using the same armor for their class which will be the same grade.
It would be a 9x event.
So the Dead guy says "LOL you fail, you didnt even one shot me"
Nuf said.

    All they need to do is re-open the Arena.

    Same concept, minus some of the "perks" you threw in.

    But then the winner wouldn't be the most skilled. Say someone with plus 10 armor and plus 12 weapon came in against a more skilled player with all plus 0. It's pretty obvious who would win because everyone knows CashShop is the true skill in this game..

    You stated the purpose/winners of the game. Thats the point of the game, spend money win big, dont cash shop and you're out of luck.

    not only armor and weapon come into the win or not ..

    the lv 11 skills can double dmg and mmot people runing around with these skills cashshopped it

    and to see the most skilled dont give hp charm
