equipment locked

Hello, i need some help for some reason when i try to equip somthing after a few mins it says equipment locked and i am unable to equip anything so i keep having to log out and log back on whenever i want to equip something this is anoying please help!

If you are experiencing this on a venomancer or barbarian alt, you can't change equipment while in True Form.==/Senior QA Lead/==
