Bloods. Legendary/Twilight Forges

We get Xenobeast blood / claw blood/ phantom bloods from FB quests. but does it mean that, the only way to get the bloods is to have the Call Of Duty tablet? b:questionb:question

    In order to get the blood, you must be in a squad lead by someone with the appropriate Call to Duty tablet, and the Call to Duty must be successfully completed. (Squad leader does not get the blood; they get a different reward.)
