Server changing event

Make an event that forces peoples to save or ignore a massive wraith invasion on west arch. If we don't fight it off and the "guards" have to intervene a special tax on everything that shines brighter than my christmas tree will be imposed on shops in that district.....not really but I thought it be funny.

It would be cool though to have an event that could possibly change a server pending the participation. Some servers, possibly, all could look different from one another.

---Side idea--- If your faction owns more than 5 territories they can be attacked any day chosen by the attackers with a 1 day prep time. It has its benefits^^
