Genie Exp Infuse Problem

On my main, the genie is working fine, but on my veno it's stuck on the infuse with exp cube option. I can't chage it to either infuse with exp or infuse with spirit. When I click on the circles, they don't do anything.

Oh, and while I'm asking, how do you change your e-mail adress, the one that my account is on is no longer working. Thanks :D

EDIT: nvm, I figured it out, it was on trade ready state.
If anyone could answer the e-mail question though...

    Is the genie on your veno in trade mode? You're restricted to only using exp cubes then.
    Don't know about the email though, I've been wondering the same. lol

    Thanks for the reply, I figured it out right after I posted. >.<

    Still don't know how to change e-mail though.

    To change your e-mail, you'll have to submit a ticket to customer support. Include the new e-mail address in your ticket, especially if the one you currently have doesn't work anymore.
