White lines on lips?

Ok.. i've played PWI on another computer before..and i havent had this problem before, and i did use the search option..couldn't really find anything to help me, so i wonder if i could get any other opinions on this? D:

Bascially all the characters i make have two white lines on the lips which makes the character look really goofy...and yes i can live with it, but its kinda annoying >< so if there is any way i can change this, it would be muchly appriciated, but if theres isn't its understood, a clear yes or no and a small explanation is fine for me ^^ Thankyou.

    Something to do with your graphics card, I think. I don't get it on my PC but I do on my lap top.

    okay, i play on a netbook (yes i know they're not for playing games on) but it works xD

    so yeah guess it cant be fixed but thats okay, thankyou ^^
