Can you post a screenshot of the error message you're getting?

I'm going to need some more information from you about your computer.

Find out what the model number for your PC is. Check the documentation that came with your PC, or look on the back or bottom of your PC for the model Number.

Please tell us the manufacturer's name of your system too! (Like HP, Dell, Toshiba, etc.)

Next, go to Start, click on Run (or Search if using Vista/7), and type in dxdiag and press enter.

Click on the Display tab, and then post here everything in the Device and Drivers boxes:

    Thanks!

    Ok heres the picture http://s986.photobucket.com/albums/ae345/Isuck33/?action=view&current=error2.jpg

As for the people who made the computer I think it was Intel Inside. Im not sure because the computer is pretty old.

As for the model number I think it's 0 1 3730370 I found it on the back but it had s/no so im not sure if it's correct.

It looks like you don't have any video drivers installed. Please contact your computer's manufacturer to find out where to get drivers for your system.

No, it means you need to get the drivers downloaded. The guys who made your computer will know exactly where you can get the correct drivers from. Drivers don't cost anything and should only take a few seconds to a few minutes to download.

In real simple terms, drivers act like user guides to the hardware in your computer. They help the computer system itself work with the hardware its got to run at maximum efficiency. Sure, you know that to get a VCR to work, you hit "Play" to play a tape, but no one's ever really sure how to set the clock on a VCR until the read the user guide. The drivers are like that. The computer knows, "Oh hey, this piece of hardware does that" but the driver tells the computer, "Yeah, it does, but this is how you get it to work properly".

Long answer shortened: Yeah, you can still play the game. You just need to download the drivers (user guides) for your computer.

Oh, mizorexkurumu; your error looks suspiciously similar to mine... there are some minor differences, but I presume they depend on computer

    but unfortunately I can't help you, as I couldn't find a solution myself b:sad b:surrender

It's ok I think I may have fixed my problem. Hopfully all I needed was to update my drivers.

It's weird I played this before and now I'm getting the same message. I've just played this recently and now I can even start the game. This really discourages me...

You mean this same error message? If so, I'll need the same thing from you that I asked from him: http://pwi-forum.perfectworld.com/showpost.php?p=5597332&postcount=4
